One thing I have learned in this lifetime is that there is always more than one way to get where you want to go. This holds true for bringing your body’s energy into balance. What works best for me may not work well for you. What works for you today may not work for you tomorrow. This is why we need a wellness toolkit!
We are more than our physical body. Our body is made up of layers with specific energy centers. There are seven major energy centers that correspond to the majority of our physical body. Each of the seven energy centers, or chakras, responds to particular stimuli.
All of them respond to a color of the rainbow. Specific foods from fruits and vegetables to meats, or fasting, bring each energy center to balance. Sound, scent, meditation, and movement also play a part in a balanced chakra system. One of my favorite ways to bring balance is thorough the use of stones.
