Circle is a space where women can come together as equals, confidentiality is honored, our inner knowledge is valued, and our voices can be heard.

We meet during the New and Full Moon to acknowledge the cycles of beginnings and endings, invitation and release, that are a natural part of life.

During circle we center ourselves so that we feel fully present, clear our stressors, celebrate our wins, connect with other women in a respectful way without judgement, criticism, or advice, and complete with intention setting.

First Degree Reiki is Reiki for self-care. In First Degree Reiki you learn:

• what Reiki is, and is not
• energy sensing
• creating energetic boundaries
• how to seperate Reiki energy from personal life force energy
• traditional hand positions to an intuitive practice
• incorporating Reiki into daily living
