What is Balance Your Energy Centers?

Balance Your Energy Centers is a personal guided exploration of the seven main energy centers of your body, also known as chakras. Over 9 weeks you will learn about your energy system as a whole, each of the seven main centers individually, and seven specific ways to bring balance to them. This knowledge will give you the tools to assess yourself, determine which of your energy centers are in need of balancing and to make decisions about ways to bring yourself back into balance.

What you can expect to learn:

  • The location and function of your 7 main energy centers
  • Signs that indicate balance or imbalance in your energy centers
  • 7 specific ways you can balance each energy center 

How the course is structured:

Balance Your Energy Centers includes self-assessment tools and guidance, a minimum of 7 specific suggestions to balance each of the 7 main energy centers, and balancing experiences for each energy center.  

Modules 1 through 3 are available as soon as you enroll. 

Modules 4 through 10 include experimental learning designed to bring balance to each of your 7 main energy centers. During this time, one module is released each week to allow for integration. 

Modules 11 and 12, Maintaining Balance and Completion are released together one week after Module 10.

Modules 1 – 3

Get familiar with the energy system of your body and learn 7 tools for balancing your 7 main energy centers.

Modules 4 – 6

Focus on your lower energy centers which support safety and security, encourage creativity and embody your sense of self.

Module 7

Spend a week at the heart of it all, your heart center.

Modules 8 – 10

Tap into your upper energy centers from clear communication, insight and intuition, to connecting with your higher power.

Modules 11 & 12

Wrap it up with ways to maintain the balance that you have created.
